Where we ship

We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery times

• In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days, delivery in approx. 7–10 business days.
• Personalised jewellery: made just for you, delivery in approx. 14–16 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is placed. During busy periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas and Mother's Day) or due to carrier delays, delivery can take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or the tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, please email support@nyfolk.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and help you out.
