Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Processing time

Within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed, it will be checked, approved and packed. The parcel will then be prepared for dispatch.

2. Delivery time

NewZealand: 5–10 business days

Shipments are handled by NZ Post.

All delivery times exclude any potential delays caused by customs. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case your parcel is stolen, lost or damaged.

Where is my parcel?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple separate parcels.

My tracking number isn't working

It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking information is still unavailable after several days, please contact our customer service team.
